Horrible service!!!! Small portions and very messy presentation. Never will eat here again. Delivery took more than 1 hr and I was only brought 1/2 a sandwich I ordered. When I called to let them know they basically told me that I was mistaken that they would never make that mistake. Hello, yes you obviously would!!! The ladies on the phone were so rude and had no customer service etiquette!!! They literally would not believe they only sent me half of the sandwich. Why would I lie? Very very bad experience for a first time customer. Never again! Oh and the food was just blah and obviously cold by the time it got to me! Definitely not worth the $20 spent.

Just terrible. Food is not fresh and the place is not clean. Left with a stomachache right after eating here. Beware of this place.

I am weekly customer with no complains till today, one of the employes was very rude to how I wanted my meal prepared and didn’t want to remake my order after she made it wrong. She told me they didn’t have anymore plates and wanted to serve me new food on old rice. Very bad service by this person (i didn’t get her name but she works in the food preparing area). The manager tried to remake my order but the employee was so rude I left. Unfortunately employes with that attitude don’t help business grow.

Order ahead if you can cause it can take a bit of time as there’s usually a line around lunch or dinner time. The Cuban burrito is delicious, highly recommend!

The food is consistently fresh and delicious, staff members hands over awesome customer service. I loved how clean it is and character. Worth a try.

Cubans eat there so that's a PLUS. Cuban coffee is amazing that was a first for me. $18 got 2 lunches and a coffee.

The food was terrible. I ordered a cuban sandwich that's supposed to be pressed and hot. It was cold. The cheese was still cold and intact. Ordered croquetas that came still frozen inside. The service was good and they apologized for the croquetas. They're just mediocre cuban food. Won't be coming back.

Mojito Grill is a small restaurant with a lot of taste. The food served at this location is the typical carribbean cuisine freshly made in a fast pace environment for today's rush times. Most servers are lovely and caring. The waiting time is approximately between ten to fifteen minutes so be aware. I recommend this location.

Nice little hole in the wall, only giving them 3 starts because their Cuban toast are tiny.

It's not bad.

Everywhere I go to get a complete Latin breakfast. They include the cafe con leche. With then you have to purchase it see rarely and they only have one small size and expensive. Also what they serve for scrambled eggs fits in the palm of my hand. Very little food.

EVERY TIME I CALL TO ORDER SOMETHING I GET PUT ON HOLD, AND ALMOST EVERY TIME IT'S FOR UP TO FIVE MINUTES! I HAVE COME TO REALIZE THAT THEY ONLY DO THIS WHEN YOU SPEAK IN ENGLISH . I HAVE HAD ALOT OF MY FRIENDS ORDER FOR ME BECAUSE OF THIS. AND TO THEIR AMAZEMENT, THEY GET TAKEN CARE OF AND NEVER PLACED ON HOLD. IT'S TOO BAD I LOVE CUBAN FOOD! BUT FOR THIS TREATMENT I WILL NEVER ORDER OR REFER THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN. TOO MUCH ATTITUDE.

Great specials, so a good spot if you're on a budget. Food is typical short order cuisine but is surprisingly good. Plus generous portions to boot.

Location was good.Went Saturday around 11 am.Wanted breakfast but they had stop serving it.My wife and split a pan con biste steak sandwich.It was very good.The service was good,very small it is more of a take place.Has some tables outside but none inside.

Alejandra has a horrible attitude when taking your order over. The phone, she hurries you up. And clicks the phone aggresively. The food is good but lack of customer service.

Service was ok. Breakfast special was good, coffees were good, but vaca frita SALTY, so just be mindful.

Always a great experience. The coffee is perfect to taste. The staff is friendly without compromising expedient service. I know I cant count on a good breakfast in the morning without the worry of being late to work. Fast friendly service!

Great little spot for Cuban food. The food was delicious and the prices are reasonable. The staff was friendly and fast. There is limited seating outside but it wasn't crowded.

The food comes fast and it tastes very good. Order the bowl; the sandwiches are kinda rubbish. The coffee is amazing. The inside of the restaurant is often sweltering.
